The first floor features a large open spacious living room with windows and two glass French doors opening onto the deck, where your private fresh water swimming pool awaits you. From the deck you have a panoramic view of Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Dutch and French countryside. The living room has full and queen size futon sofa along with cable television and a DVD player for your enjoyment. Located in the rear half of the downstairs is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with an island bar. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer in the rear. The downstairs full size bathroom with shower is located just off the kitchen next to the spiral staircase to the upper level. Upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in-closet, and large bathroom with extra large shower and vanity. From your bedroom window you can contemplate and relax while enjoying the splendid view of the lagoon.

Other amenities include maid service (bi-weekly), air-conditioning downstairs and up, small charcoal grill on the deck, ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Also included in the rental is a welcoming survival package and you will be escorted and shown the way to the villa upon your arrival.
